Abstract
Margaret Eastridge Crum asks the court to issue an injunction to her husband, Mathias Crum, restraining him from removing her property from the state. This property, including a slave named Bob, was put in trust for her benefit as part of a marriage contract, but Margaret alleges that Mathias "has formed a Determination to quit your oratrix and to go to Parts out of this Commonwealth."
Result: Dismissed.
