Rebecca Looney states that while she now lives in Kentucky, her husband, Robert continues to reside in Tennessee where he is being influenced by others to deprive his family of support so that they can gain ownership of his property. Rebecca states that Robert "is not in a mind capable of doing justice either to himself or family," and that he has given power of attorney to John Edwards to transact "the hire of three Negroes," the proceeds of which are being withheld from her. The petitioner asks that all of the defendant's property be transferred to commissioners or trustees, and for an injunction that will prevent the defendant from disposing of property.
