Warren contends that three female slaves in his estate "are vicious and ungovernable." Believing that the interests of the children "will be promoted by a sale of the said slaves," the petitioner requests that Ann, Lovinia and Lucinda be sold and "a reinvestment of the proceeds of the same" be sanctioned.
