In 1819, Chaperon purchased a tract of land from Lesassier for $1,200, providing two promissory notes as payment. Since then, Chaperon has paid $50, leaving a balance of $1,150. Lesassier prays that Chaperon be adjudged to repay the debt with interest and that the tract of land "be seized & sold to satisfy the Judgment rendered herein.”
<subjects><subject>FPOC sues FPOC</subject><subject>Property owners (Black)</subject></subjects></petition>
