Charles borrowed $716.14 from Eulalie on 22 November 1822, providing a mortgage on a tract of land in the "Grand Prairie of Opelousas" as security. While Charles has paid one installment of the debt, he has "wholly refused to pay" the remaining $616.14. Therefore, Eulalie asks that Charles be condemned to repay the debt and that the mortgaged land be seized and sold to satisfy the debt.
<subjects><subject>FPOC sues FPOC</subject><subject>Property owners (Black)</subject></subjects></petition>
