Metoyer now charges that, although the suit is still pending, Roubieu has come upon the portion of the land he previously enclosed, and cut and removed a vast amount of cypress and other timber.  Metoyer therefore seeks an injunction to prevent Roubieu from trespassing and taking any more timber.","subjects":[{"subject":"Property owners (Black)"},{"subject":"FPOC sues white"},{"subject":"Crops (timber)"}]}]}
