Abstract
"The petition of Victoire Adelaide Dussuau f.w.c. residing in said parish respectfully shews: That she is now nineteen years of age, is without father or mother, has property within the jurisdiction of this Court, and desires to be emancipated, and is capable of managing her own affairs. She prays that your Honor will convoke a family meeting to decide if petitioner is capable of managing her property and if she should be emancipated—and that she be emancipated—and for general relief."
