Abstract
Charles Gremillon represents that he has been appointed administrator of the vacant estate of the late Marie Marthe, a free woman of color. The estate consists of a few "moveables" and some cotton "which by their nature may be deteriorated." Gremillon therefore seeks an order directing that the estate be sold at auction for cash.
