Abstract
Mary Jane Wood states that her husband, James Bowie, recently died leaving a large estate, including real and personal property. According to Mrs. Bowie, the “principal part” of the property is the late Bowie’s separate estate and another part is marital community property. Mary Jane Wood Bowie seeks to be confirmed “natural Tutrix” of her two minor children and prays for an inventory of the estate.
