Louis Joe, a free man of color, represents that his wife, Eulalie Piquery, has recently died and that his son, Louis Joe Jr., has been sworn in as administrator of the estate. As such he has obtained an order authorizing an inventory of the estate. In addition, Louis Joe Jr. has been appointed tutor of his two minor siblings.
