Abstract

Jerome Plummer, former trustee of Robert Williams, states that he received the court order directing him to surrender to current trustee, Ceasar Williams, the bonds and notes due Robert Williams, an insane free person of color. However, the court has not made up its mind regarding Plummer's commission and allowance for boarding Williams. Plummer states that he will surrender the bonds and notes tomorrow, but asks for more time "to explain and give proof of them."
