Abstract
William Darnall claims that his father, Bennett Darnall, gave him several slaves and other personal property, but that after his father's death, the executor, Dr. John Shaaff, took possession of the slaves in question claiming that they were part of the estate. Darnall asks the court to order Shaaff to return the slaves.
Result: Denied; appealed.
