Abstract
John Gibson, attorney for John Weeks, the guardian for Henry Darnall, claims that one of Darnall's slaves, Aron, is an "ungovernable servant & at this time runaway." Gibson further claims Darnall's property includes two lame female slaves, Bet and Easter. Gibson states that Darnall plans to marry soon and is in need of money. Therefore, Gibson asks the court to allow him to sell the slaves mentioned and give the proceeds to Darnall.
