Abstract
John Mercer, guardian of the minor children of the late Bennett [Bennitt] Darnall, says that Darnall’s executor, John Thomas Shaaff, "sold certain articles of personal property and hath taken Bonds & Security for the same." Mercer also charges that Shaaff did not transfer to the heirs all of the unsold property "under the former order of this court." Mercer asks that "your Honors may order the aforesaid Executor to transfer & deliver over to your petitioner the property & Bons aforesaid."
