Pindle (who denies participation as a petitioner) ask the court to order Benjamin Pindle to give an account of his activities as administrator of the estate of the late Thomas Pindle and request that the slaves of the estate be distributed. The petitioners state that they also "obtained Letters Testamentary" as administrators of Thomas Pindle's estate, but that Benjamin has administered the estate entirely on his own. They charge that he has not given a final account of the estate and "makes use of all the negroes" for his own and sole benefit.
<subjects><subject>Heirs dispute</subject></subjects></petition>
