Abstract

Nicholas Brice, guardian of John H. McCubbin, complains that credits are missing from his ward's accounts. Brice states that McCubbin's mother and former guardian, Ann M. Minskey, did not credit his account with various items or reflect the proper percentage when they were noted. Brice asks the court to order Baruch Fowler, administrator of Samuel and Ann Minskey's estate, to pay over any balance found due to his ward, which he estimates at "upwards of two thousand three hundred dollars."
