Abstract

Clarissa Highland claims that Ann Wood "oppressively and wrongfully has for a long time heretofore kept and still does keep your Petitioner in bondage & servitude restraining your Petitioner of her just liberty freedom and privileges." Clarissa asks for freedom from her bondage and requests that Wood be subpoenaed to answer her claims. She also asks for an injunction to prevent Wood from selling or removing her out of the county.
