William Willson mortgaged a number of slaves to Horace Willson. John Braddock, Matthew Murray, and John Adamson obtained two judgments against William, and the sheriff seized the mortgaged slaves for sale to satisfy the judgments. Horace Willson fears the slaves will be sold out of state "whereby your Orator may lose his security and be greatly injured." Horace seeks an injunction to stop the sale of the mortgaged slaves.
