Abstract

Heirs and legatees of the deceased Charles Carroll of Carrollton ask "that this Court will forthwith pass an order" that directs the estate administrator "to sell the said property at private Sale." The petitioners submit an extensive 30-page inventory of the estate showing each item's appraised value; the estate's total appraised value amounts to almost $50,000. Other heirs not appearing as petitioners give their assent to the sale.
