Martha Turner asks the court to "order an attachment for contempt" on her husband's property to secure his payment of alimony. Turner states that in March 1830, she received a favorable judgment against her husband who agreed to a separation and payment of alimony. She charges that Thomas Turner, her husband, "hath refused and still refuses to comply with the said order," which orders that he pay her two hundred dollars a year.
