Peter McClure, a free person of color, claims that he is the only living representative of John Napoleon Bonaparte. The administrator of Bonaparte's estate, who has returned an account of the estate showing a balance of two hundred and fifty dollars, is not satisfied that McClure is the sole representative of the deceased. McClure asks the court to intervene and issue a decree.
