Abstract
Richard A. Harwood petitions the court to extend "the term of service" of Moses Turner, a free person of color under the age of twenty-one. Harwood claims Turner "has as many as five times runaway and twice staid away for two weeks until recovered and brought back by your petitioner at considerable loss of time and of some money."
