On 11 March 1854, Isaiah Thompson was bound to Martin Ensminger "to learn the art and mystery of Farming." Thompson states that Ensminger has disregarded the conditions of the indenture and refuses to provide for his "necessary wants." Thompson petitions from the county jail where he "now awaits the clemency of this Court" and asks that his letters of indenture be revoked.
Result: Granted.
