Kennedy cites that Stephenson has run away "from the premises of your petitioner" and claims that Stephenson "is a boy of bad character." Kennedy "prays this Court to extend the time of service" of Stephenson and "pass an order" authorizing the sale of Stephenson in or out of the state.
