- Court: Probate
- Salutation: To the Honorable Henry G Johnston Judge of the Probate Court of Hinds County state of Mississippi
Abstract
Russel M. Williamson, administrator of the estate of Thomas Dawson, Sr., asserts that the former estate administrator, the late John P. Gilbert, acted fraudulently in the settlement of the estate. Williamson contends that Gilbert moved Dawson's property out of the county before making his final report, which showed a debt of over $13,000 owed to him. Williamson asks that James J. Allen, the administrator of Gilbert's estate, be compelled to answer his charges.
