        Abstract
        William Purdie, guardian of John, Joel, Egbert, Joshua, and Ellen Hill, states that his wards' father, Joel Hill, died "leaving a considerable real and personal estate," which has been partially divided among some of the heirs.  The petitioner asks that the portions of the estate due his wards be placed into his possession and that commissioners be appointed to ascertain the value of the property.
