Martha Keenan Trimble joins her husband Adrian and her sister Elizabeth in alleging that Theodore Keenan "has control of" certain slaves and "is receiving & using their hire for his own use without accounting for the same to this Honorable Court." They further allege that "the said Theodore is insolvent & unless said slaves are taken out of possession their hire will be totally lost to them." They therefore pray "that your honor will appoint a suitable person to be a receiver to take charge of said slaves & receive their hire."
