Abstract
Hannah A. Null, administratrix of George W. Null's estate, asks permission to sell "all the personal & perishable property of the estate of her deceased husband for the purpose of paying his debts due at the time of his death." Null died seized and possessed of three slaves, one mule, "twelve bales of Cotton in the seed," three stacks of fodder and about two hundred bushels of corn.
Result: Granted.
