Abstract
Guardian Martin Harris petitions the court on behalf of the children of John Harris, deceased, to sell Philip, a slave "of such bad and suspicious character, that he is at all times liable to be apprehended on suspicion of the commission of some offence." He is so troublesome that neighbors have threatened to do him "great bodily harm."
