Five minor siblings, the heirs of the late "Rev & Dr. Benjamin R. Montgomery and Ann his wife," ask the court to order the sale of eight "unproductive" slaves. They ask that the proceeds from the sale be held by the commissioner of the court and be applied "towards their Education, Clothing, and support" until "Guardians shall be appointed for them."
