William Farrow submits receipts for the delivery of certain slaves and asks the court to cancel his bond securing the slaves' "fourth coming." Spencer Bobo's will gave his widow, Jane Bobo, a life estate in "certain negroes" and directed that the remainder interest in the said slaves vest in the New Hope, Cedar Shoal, and Bethel Baptist churches. Reporting that Jane Bobo has died and that he has delivered the slaves to the trustees of said churches, Farrow asks the court to record the delivery receipts.
