Mary Clendennin Hemmingway and her husband William seek their share of her father's estate. David Myers died, leaving a considerable estate including land and at least one hundred eighteen slaves. The Hemmingways cite part of his 1833 will and discuss the property that Myers acquired after making his will. The Hemmingways ask that the executors be ordered to prove the accounts of the estate and that the estate be partitioned among the heirs.
