John Foxworth and his wife, Salina Britt Foxworth, seek a writ of partition of the estate of William Britt, Salina's late husband. Being "desirous of having and holding the portion to which they are entitled in severalty," they ask the court to divide the property among them and Salina's two minor children, William and Mary Britt.
