Rosa C. Smith requests the partition of her husband's estate and the appointment of a guardian ad litem for her daughter, Nancy C. Smith. The petitioner reports that her husband, William F. Rosa has "administered on the estate of her said husband, and from her knowledge of his debts there is not much remaining unpaid."
