James Lundy bequeathed nine slaves to Darling Adams, Edwin Adams, and Collin Adams, the petitioner. Upon Lundy's death, the executor of the will "delivered up the Slaves aforesaid who were divided according to the directions of the will" among the three heirs. Collin Adams informs the court that Darling Adams "hath departed this life under the age of twenty one years whereby the portion and its profits given as aforesaid to him becomes vested in your orator & the defendant Edwin Adams." The petitioner prays that commissioners will be appointed "to make division between your orator and the defendant Edwin Adams of the Slaves."
Result: Dismissed.
