The heirs of the late John Trueman "pray for a review and revision" of a previous decree that ordered the distribution of Trueman's estate. They inform the court "that by the Report of the commissioners in pursuance of said Decree, the said distribution cannot be made." They therefore request "by a Decree of this court the Lands and Slaves may be sold ... and the product of such Sale distribute accordingly."
