Abstract
The heirs of the late Philip P. Vass claim that the administrator of his estate, Isaac Medley Sr., holds "in his possession a number of slaves, money & other property" that should be turned over to them as distributees. They ask the court to order Medley "to settle his account current as the administrator of the said Philip Vass Sr decd. and that he render up the Slaves in his possession belonging to the Estate."
