Abstract
German Jordan reveals that John Rosser, his former partner in a slave trading scheme, has won a suit against him for $927. He notes, however, that he has won a suit against his partner for $659. Since Rosser has already conveyed all of his property to secure debts, Jordan is concerned that he "has no security whatever for his decree." He seeks an injunction against Rosser to prevent him from "proceeding further on his judgment."
Result: Granted; dismissed.
