Know all men by these presents that I William Mount and Lucy Mount, his wife do bargain and sell unto Thomas Northam of Guilford County their right and title of their Negroes, a Negro woman named Lurana about twenty one years of age, her children Nathan, five years of age, Virgil about two years of age for and in consideration for the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to us in hand paid to defend the right and title of said. Negroes unto Sd. Northam his heirs assigns and executors forever. Signed and sealed this day of December 1806.
