Frank is 5'4" tall and has a scar under his left eye, and is "to be henceforth free." Signed on 24 May 1811 by Joseph Ratcliff. In the left margin of the handwritten Liber the following is written: "Examined and Delivered to Negro Frank July 31st 1811"
