Abstract

At the request of William Feales the bill of sale was recorded on 10 March 1802. Elizabeth Cartwright of St. Mary's Co., Maryland sold to William Feales of the District of Columbia "my Negro woman Phebia for consideration of 90 pounds Maryland currency. 8 March 1808."
