In the current document, Michael Day (Senior?) has died, and Michael McCrary and wife Polly are among the potential heirs. The enslaved are described: “…certain Negro Slaves following negroes Caty and her children one named Ellen aged about eighteen years one named George aged about fifteen years one named Betsey aged about twelve years Susan aged about ten years Lydia aged about eight years Warren aged about six years Maria aged about thirty months Sally aged about twenty years and her child Emily aged about 2 ½ years…”.
