The document was signed June 5 1838, presented in Court February 1839 and registered March 20, 1839. (Abstractor’s note: Davidson County Deed Books 6 and 7 were microfilmed By the North Carolina Dept. of Archives and History, on one roll of microfilm (December 9, 1966).
