Abstract

Deed of Trust. William Adderton has several debts: $1338.49 for various court judgments against him, owed to the Davidson County Sheriff, paid by James Adderton; a $561.50 bond to James Adderton; $350 to the Davidson County Clerk and Master for land bought at public auction and $100 to James Cameron. All of these debts were either paid for directly by James Adderton, or he is the security for William Adderton.
