In keeping with Mary Hardee's will, Sterling H. Gee and James Walker transfer enslaved 35-year-old Dilly, 18-year-old Bob, 28-year-old Patty, 10-year-old Peyton, 9-year-old Tinsey, 7-year-old Bucky, 5-year-old William and 3-year-old Allen (but not Smyrna) to executor/trustee Alfred G. Gee of AL to hold for ward William M. West, widower of Susannah West, or for Sterling if William dies without an heir.
