- See abstract. Trust. The enslaved belonged to the estate of George B. Outlaw and were hired for 1846 by Harry Nicholls. He still needs to pay for their labor, and lists their labor as an asset that could be used to pay his debts. Nicholl's assets, including the labor of Billy, Anica and Eliza, could be sold to pay Nicholl's debts. The enslaved themselves are Not something Nicholls or his Trustee could sell.
